Preparing to Reopen

It’s been a long old year for the hospitality industry and we’re glad the light at the end of the tunnel is (we think) within sight. It’s been great to see so many of you paying our wonderful beer garden a visit since we were permitted to open for outdoor only, but now it’s time to look towards the future as we start to prepare for reopening our venue fully from May 17th.

If all goes to plan, the lifting of certain restrictions from May 17th will allow us to open our hotel to all guests. We’ve had a select few rooms open throughout the last lockdown for key workers and those travelling for essential reasons, but the restrictions and significantly lower levels of trade forced us into mostly operating the hotel remotely. We can’t wait to get all 14 of our fantastic rooms open and get back to running the venue the way we want to (or as close as possible, all things considered)

Rooms are now bookable for all guests from 17th May 2021 onwards. Unfortunately, it does look like we won’t be permitted to offer our continental breakfast buffet until the majority of restrictions are lifted later in June, so bookings are for room only until we get the go-ahead from the government to offer buffets again.

With any luck, come mid-may we’ll be able to welcome guests inside our bar again and reopen Fusion’s Kitchen. We know you’ve all been missing Chef Gary’s food and thank you for understanding our decision to keep the kitchen closed whilst we are only able to offer outdoor seating. With any luck, we’ll have Fusion’s Kitchen open Thursday – Sunday, and of course, Gary’s infamous Sunday Sharing Roasts will be back. Tables are now bookable from 20th May inside the venue, and we’ll keep you updated if anything changes.

As always, thanks for all your support and for sticking with us. We’ll see you very soon.
